1. Made-to-Order Products
All items available for purchase on our Site are made-to-order. This means each item is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, please allow about 1-6 weeks for production and delivery.

2. Order Process
2.1 Placing an Order: Select the item(s) you wish to purchase, provide the necessary customization details (such as size, color, etc.), and proceed to checkout.
2.2 Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email serves as a receipt and acknowledgment of your purchase.
2.3 Changes to Orders: Due to the bespoke nature of our products, changes or cancellations to orders cannot be made once production has begun. You may email us at contact@mekinsa.com to see how far along your order may be in the production stage and inquire about whether changes can be made.

3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Pricing: All prices are listed in United States Dollars ($USD) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3.2 Payment: We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payment is processed at the time of order placement.

4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping: We offer shipping to the United States of America as well as 246 other countries. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4.2 Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on location and the specifics of your order.
4.3 Shipping Issues: We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party carriers. Please contact us if you experience any problems with shipping.

5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 Returns: As our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5.2 Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement or repair at our discretion.
5.3 Non-Returnable Items: Customization and personalized items are non-returnable except in cases of defects or errors.

6. Risk and Title
6.1. Title in the Products shall pass to you upon delivery.
6.2. The risk of loss of, damage to, and/or destruction of, the Products shall pass to you when you (or a person designated by you and other than the carrier) take physical possession of the Products at the delivery address given by you or upon the collection of such Products by you or such person designated by you from your Selected Store
