Refund policy

All items available for purchase on our Site are made-to-order. This means each item is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, please allow about 1-6 weeks for production and delivery.

Returns: As our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement or repair at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items: Customization and personalized items are non-returnable except in cases of defects or errors.

Changes to Orders: Due to the bespoke nature of our products, changes or cancellations to orders cannot be made once production has begun. You may email us at contact@mekinsa.com to see how far along your order may be in the production stage and inquire about whether changes can be made.
